Made of a red silk chiffon it has immense billowing sleeves that are each caught up tight at the cuff and are cut in a full circle above. The body of the top is cut straight and is hand painted in a wild clash of colors. Metallic ribbon edges the sides, sits on each sleeve and are used to create the ties at the front.
